The majority of the apartments at Mercantile Square participate in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), which allows Mercantile to offer below-market rental rates to qualified households. In addition, we have a selection of apartments that are not restricted based on income and can accommodate renters with any income!

Utilities

Water, sewer, trash, and gas are included in the price of the apartment. Electricity is set up through Xcel Energy and will be billed independently. Tenants are each individually responsible for cable and internet, but all units are prewired and ready for service.
